Lark talked to her at the masquerade to find out about Edmund or Larkspur. She talked about the previous bartender being forced into an unpaid vacation after Juliana berated him. She didn't gtive much informationa bout nobles, seemingly out of fear. Lark noticed by her clothing that she likely worked for one of the families. By the way she held her wrist, he recognized that she worked for Juliana, who had a tendency to smack the wrists of servants that messed up. He then told her that she was doing a wonderful job.
